Malin and I went to Tynningö to see Yuval, Yael and family.  We missed the ferry from Waxholm to Tynningö so had to take this taxi!

Theo crawled for the first time this weekend!

The kids and I had a great time camping on Grinda with Tobias, Philip, and Ella.  Malin stayed at the summer house with Maria and Theo.  It was a little bit cold and rainy but we had a great campfire with hot dogs and smores and played many many rounds of skit gubben. 

And then to Ljusterö.  Now it feels like the summer has finally begun!

It’s gotten a little bit chillier but still lots of fun things to do.  We had a great long weekend with Kevin and Katya and family at the summer house.

Trampoline, a rainbow, late night fishing.  The days and nights seem to drift quietly by out here.

More fun in the sun in Ljusterö.

Next stop: Göteborg.  We stayed at the Hotel Flora near the middle of town. The city, Sweden ‘ second largest, has a more relaxed feeling than Stockholm.  On our first day we had a tour of the city and a very good and reasonably priced dinner at Dubbel Dubbel Kolibri.

One night at the Tylösand Hotel.  We spent all our time there at the buffet and the swimming pool.  Unfortunately it wasn’t quite warm enough to relax on the beach.

A quick stop in Mellbystrand to visit Tobias’ family and wish Jan a happy 70th birthday.
