We saw Maskeradbalen at the Royal Opera House. It’s a Verdi opera based on the murder off Gustav III, who died at a masquerade in the Stockholm Royal Opera House. Vilken upplevelse!

We took a day trip to Mariefred, a beautiful and ancient little village on the shores of Mälaren.

Mormor and Morfar brought us pumpkins from their garden so the kids decided to do some pumpkin carving.

The kids Word costumes to School on Friday. Seems like everyone is a witch here.

We had a fun day on Djurgården. Here the kids are being characters from a well-known series of kids books called Lasse Maja, who is a child detective.

I travelled to Munich for work where they’re having an Indian summer. It was a beautiful night and people were even sitting outside and eating dinner. We had a traditional Bavarian feast of meat, meat, and a little meat to go with it. It was delicious.
