We took a day trip to Mariefred, a beautiful and ancient little village on the shores of Mälaren.

Mormor and Morfar brought us pumpkins from their garden so the kids decided to do some pumpkin carving.

The kids Word costumes to School on Friday. Seems like everyone is a witch here.

We had a fun day on Djurgården. Here the kids are being characters from a well-known series of kids books called Lasse Maja, who is a child detective.

I travelled to Munich for work where they’re having an Indian summer. It was a beautiful night and people were even sitting outside and eating dinner. We had a traditional Bavarian feast of meat, meat, and a little meat to go with it. It was delicious.

A fun day at Drottningholm with the family.

Farmor and Farfar arrived on Thursday. On Saturday we went to Drottningholm, the summer palace of the royal family. It was a beautiful fall day.

Saturday was the first practice for the girls’ ski team. It was dry land training whib included a lot of running up and down the mountain, jumping, getting muddy, etc.
